Applications close on October 8. You can apply by filling out this form, and if your application is successful, we will invite to you for an interview with one of the programme directors. The accelerator launches on November 5 and it runs for 3 months.

Aftermath
We'll select a winning team to receive a prize of 15,000 PLN, and pitch their venture at an event by ĀRYA Foundry in Warsaw, in front of other impact entrepreneurs and investors. All cohort participants will join our alumni network and so we can keep supporting them.

Founder & Executive Director, Develop for Good
Develop for Good supports teams of underserved & underrepresented college students as they work on tech projects under professional mentors for other nonprofits. Mary graduated from Stanford University.

Founder & CEO, Henry Meds
Henry Meds is the fastest growing telehealth D2C startup in the United States - Henry helps thousands of underinsured patients access affordable healthcare. He studied Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University.

Sebastian Becker

Sebastian became one of the youngest partners in a renowned European VC. He is a partner at Redalpine, a $1B+ venture capital fund based in Zurich and Berlin. He studied at the University of St.Gallen and did research on human-centred AI at Stanford.
Karolina Wilk-Tryjanowska

Karolina is an ex-girl-startupper, startup mentor and proactive member of the CEE startup ecosystem. In 2022, she was awarded Top 100 Women From VC and Startup Ecosystem in Poland.

Omar Bawa
Co-founder, Goodwall
Omar co-founded Goodwall, which was recently recognised as a Tech Pioneer by the World Economic Forum. Goodwall is a skills-based social network for Gen Z, they support 2M+ young talent in 150+ countries. Omar was recently on a cover of Fast Company SA.
Fellow participants in the cohort will know exactly what you're going through and will support you along the way. They will also hold you accountable for making progress on your venture. Did we mention we only select the best?
We'll assign you a dedicated mentor, who will meet you regularly, set goals with you and guide you on the journey. You'll also have access to our industry experts.
By the end of the programme you'll be equipped with the right tools and contacts to raise your first funding round.
Network of successful entrepreneurs from both Poland and abroad — people who have been there and done exactly what you aim to do.
The team that makes the most progress during those 3 months will be awarded 15,000 PLN, all equity-free.
The journey doesn't end where the programme ends. After the accelerator you'll join our alumni network, you'll get a priority access to all our events and we'll keep in touch to continue supporting you.

Here's what to expect during your 3 months at ĀRYA Accelerate
Founders in our accelerator are supported through intense mentoring and coaching, relevant no-bullshit workshops, access to our global network and to a community of impact founders going through the same struggles. We do not take equity and the programme is free of charge — we do however expect you to be engaged and highly committed throughout the entire programme. We do our part but it takes two to tango.

You'll be setting weekly goals to make sure you're on track to hit the next stage of growth.

You'll be openly sharing your plans so the group can hold you accountable on the progress you're making.

Dedicated mentor
A lead mentor (a start-up founder as well, just a few steps ahead) will work with you closely.
